EIV has provided environmental permitting, inspection and project outreach services for aviation projects in Vermont. Our team has experience at every State-owned airport, two international airports in Vermont and extends throughout the planning, design and construction of these airport expansion projects.

One of EIV’s largest markets is bridge and marine work. EIV has provided many services within this market, including construction inspection, resident engineering, quality assurance management, materials testing, environmental permitting and public outreach.

Our team has provided resident engineering services for Phase 1a, 1b, and 2 of the award-winning Burlington Greenway, the Great Streets Initiative: St. Paul Street Improvements in downtown Burlington, and the region’s first universally accessible playground.

EIV has provided project management, resident engineering, environmental permitting and auditing services to VTrans railroad projects. Additionally, EIV provides construction inspection and resident engineering services to several roadway reconstruction, overlay, and Interstate paving projects annually throughout Vermont.

EIV has experience providing environmental compliance and construction management services to transmission line and substation projects. This experience extends to providing oversight services to the submarine transmission line replacement beneath Lake Champlain from Plattsburgh,
NY to Grand Isle, VT.

EIV has extensive experience in planning, permitting and construction oversight of vertical structures. Our team has provided construction oversight of deep foundations for a 30,000 SF Leed certified office building in South Burlington, VT, and we are currently managing a 47,000 SF affordable housing project in Winooski, VT. We are also engaged residents who volunteer on community boards and local commissions within Chittenden County.
