Project Overview:
The Morrisville-Stowe Runway Safety Area Project includes paving the Runway Safety Area (RSA) on both ends of the runway and the installation of a retaining wall. EIV was part of the JACOBS team providing the VTrans Aviation Program with environmental permitting services. This work included Act 250 coordination and approval, an Individual Wetland permit, Operational Stormwater permit and Construction Stormwater permit. With an aggressive timeline of four months to have all design work and permitting completed, project work was successfully completed two weeks early.
