Project Overview:
EIV provided significant outreach for this $5.3M paving and road redesign project in Manchester, VT. Project work occurred through the heavily concentrated business corridors along Routes 7A and Depot St. (Routes 11 and 30). In order to maintain effective communication with area business owners, residents, municipal government and emergency service personnel, door to door outreach and communication was ongoing and dynamic. Daytime and nighttime construction hours occurred alternately throughout the construction season, and rapid, accurate and effective communication with downtown business owners and outlet stores was a must. EIV provided a social media avenue for the dissemination of project information and pictures of construction activities in order to reach a more widespread audience.
