Project Overview:
Casavant Overlook is a 47-unit mixed-income building with commercial space located along Winooski’s gateway district, East Allen Street. This project is being developed in collaboration with Summit Properties. Dagesse Co completed the permitting phase of the project and worked as part of a team to complete the design. Dagesse Co delivered the building in summer 2019.
