Project Overview:
Parc Terrace is a 45-unit mixed income building with commercial space located at the corner of Manseau and East Allen Street in Winooski, VT. This project is being developed in collaboration with Summit Properties. DagesseCo acquired the development site, completed the permitting phase of the project, and worked as part of a team to complete the design. DagesseCo has now completed the bid process and kicked off construction of the building in August 2020.
