Client: City of Winooski
Project Span: Summer 2026
Project Overview:
The Landry Park Pavilion, a 20-by-24-foot open-air structure is constructed from old timbers salvaged from a 2022 building project EIV was undertaking at the time. EIV worked with local Winooski resident and lifelong craftsman Thomas Locatell to help bring this project to life. EIV donated the historical timbers used for the structure as well as equipment and staff during the pavilion’s raising. EIV’s volunteer involvement and collaboration with various city volunteers helped make this a unique community project.
The pavilion will be a gathering area where community members can seek shade on a sunny day and enjoy each other’s company.
