Project Overview:
City Gardens is DagesseCo’s third boutique luxury apartment building located at 355 Main Street along Winooski’s Main Street District in Winooski, VT. This 30-unit building will feature a commercial space at street level along one of Winooski’s gateway districts. DagesseCo has completed the design and permitting phase of this project. Construction is nearly complete, and occupancy began in Spring of 2022.
